The Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Student Award Night is a special ceremony which highlights the achievements of the top graduates in engineering fields. Mitsubishi Electric were delighted to once again present the ‘David Berber Mitsubishi Electric Award’ to the top students in the Final Year BEngTech in Electrical & Control Engineering (DT009).
This year the award ceremony included the Best Overall Academic Performance in the Second Year of the BEngTechin Electrical & Controls (DT009), which Mitsubishi Electric were to happy to sponsor.

Industrial Automation Controls Engineer- Technical Services
Mitsubishi Electric Ireland is seeking a motivated individual with initiative and strong problem solving skills to join our Factory Automation (FA) team.
The successful candidate would work closely with our sales and marketing departments, as well as with our distribution and systems integration partners, providing project integration support.
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent 5 years experience working with automated control systems. A strong background in Electronic/Electrical/Software engineering would be preferred. A PLC background and experience in SCADA and HMI software would be a distinct advantage. Additional knowledge of Variable Speed Drive Inverters, Robotics and Servo Motion would be beneficial.
